As our Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our email marketing campaigns to achieve/exceed established KPI’s and maximize revenue opportunities.  Please note this job is located at our corporate offices:  450 Revolutionary Drive, East Taunton, MA.  


    • Manages Jordan’s email marketing campaigns
    • Analyzes current email marketing initiatives and makes recommendations for improvement
    • Manages trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales
    • Carries out data base segmentation (CRM) to develop “evergreen” email strategies that meet established KPI’s.
    • Develop ongoing A/B test strategies that constantly improve performance.
    • Tracks and reports on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
    • Reports to VP of Marketing on revenue attribution of various efforts.
    • Ensures all email campaigns comply with current email best practices in the industry
    • Works closely with CRM staff to develop a clear email strategy based on CRM initiatives.
    • Develops and manages all evergreen campaigns


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • 3 – 5 years’ hands on experience, preferably working within retail channel
    • Excellent written communication skills and copywriting skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
    • Hands on experience with HTML and Content Management Systems
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment and work within tight deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities as needed
    • Must be self-motivated
