Jordan's Furniture, the premier furniture and mattress retailer in New England and a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Director of Freight Logistics. This newly created position reports directly to the Vice President of Merchandising and oversees our inbound transportation and logistics operations.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of developing, directing and executing strategies, plans, programs and policies related to Freight Logistics. As a key thought leader, you will ensure performance expectations are achieved through managing third-party partnerships. Responsibilities include managing and developing the Freight Logistics team and elevate our current procedures to the next level.
