Responsibilities

What we trust you to do: 

  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training curriculum, courses, and materials for both in-person and online delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop videos including writing video scripts, producing, and editing content utilizing content creation tools.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training content, and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage the execution of learning initiatives within committed timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Use instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick model to design, develop, and revise interactive learning content including hands-on scenarios, graphics, and assessments.
  • Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred.
  • At least three years’ experience developing online and/or instructor-led curriculum.
  • An aptitude for making complex and technical information simple and easy to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop training materials.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick model.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with microlearning tools and/or microlearning content development preferred.
  • Strong videography experience and proficiency with content creation tools such as Camtasia, Rise, Vyond and Storyline.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
