The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends. 

The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities we need you to perform...

• Assisting with coordinating the schedules and activities of Guest Services Representatives
• Managing and coordinating the ropes course and other special events (e.g., screenings, media previews, charity events)
• Greeting customers with enthusiasm
• Maintaining all safety certifications and providing ongoing education/training for staff
• Conducting inspections of Ropes course and equipment
• Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theater visitors including customer service situations
• Overseeing all areas associated with serving food and refreshments at the concession area (including cashiering)
• Ensuring ticketing and concession reporting systems are fully operational
• Verifying and reconciling electronic and manual sales transactions 

Here’s what skills we need you to bring...

• Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model
• Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone
• 6 months - 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to speak in front of a large audience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
