This temporary position will also serve as the perfect way to experience a leadership role at Jordans Furniture,  earn extra money this holiday season and help lead be a part of building an amazing  temporary staff creating lasting memories for customers and employees year after year!  This full time position is Mid-September thru December with the potential to work for Jordan’s Furniture in a full time capacity in management, after the season ends.  Hours include days, nights and weekends.

Pay Range $30- $34 an hour based off experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading our EV representatives  and Team Leaders/Supervisors and guiding them thru training and development in their roles  for the season
• Ensuring  our guests have an outstanding experience in  Enchanted Village
• Overseeing the theatre, LITE laser show and concessions, and the TUBE while ensuring safety standards are met
• Assisting in the upkeep of the Enchanted Village, ensuring Jordan's high standards of presentation are met to help us meet and exceed our goals

The successful candidate should also have: 

• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
• A positive, upbeat demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience working with the public and leading entry level employees to success
• Must be available to work in Mid-September thru December with the potential to work for Jordan’s Furniture in a full time capacity in management, after the season ends
