This hybrid position is located in East Taunton, MA working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Researches, recommends and administers base pay, commission, and bonus compensation programs to support company goals.
  • Implements pay programs and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Analyzes market data to evaluate base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures.
  • Builds relationships across the organization and collaborates with business partners on compensation-related matters.
  • Reviews salary data and industry trends to maintain competitive pay practices.
  • Audits bonus and commission structures, pay policies, and payments.
  • Participates in salary surveys and compiles benchmarking data for review.
  • Conducts research on job classifications, salary levels, and FLSA status.
  • Assists in the annual performance review and merit process by providing compensation data and analysis.
  • Reviews and updates job descriptions, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provides compensation-related insights to management and HR partners.
  • Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in compensation administration and design or related experience
  • Must be knowledgeable about various state and federal wage and hour laws including FLSA, Equal Pay Act
  • Able to deal with large quantities of data, highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, consulting and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HRIS systems
  • CCP preferred but not required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
