We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee day-to-day payroll operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll and HCM-related processes. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role supervises payroll staff and supports functions across Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Leave of Absence administration. The Payroll Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining internal controls, auditing data integrity, resolving system issues, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company pay policies. This role also supports cross-functional collaboration with departments such as HR, Finance, and Compliance to streamline workflows and support the entire employee lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role out of East Taunton, MA.

What You'll Do:
Minimum of 5 years of automated, multi-state payroll experience; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of electronic Time and Attendance systems and outsourced payroll platforms.
Proven experience with commission and incentive-based compensation in a retail environment.
Hands-on knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is required.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills for audit, compliance, and issue resolution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certified Payroll Professional (C.P.P.) certification is required.
