Overview

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of marketing? We’re seeking a Marketing Intern who’s excited to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, social media, strategic content creation and more. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will allow you to make a real impact on our marketing strategies and expand your skills within a supportive, creative team. This is a 10-week paid internship, starting on June 8, 2026. This position will be based out of Dedham, MA.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

  • Supports marketing team to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Completes project related to brand marketing and social media.
  • Performs competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Proposes real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations.
  • Monitor and track social media page performance on apps like Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Creates engaging social media content (including photos/video, GIFs, Instagram stories) to illustrate brand messaging, merchandise, marketing initiatives, and product promotions.
  • Complete various administrative duties as needed and support any other function, responsibility or opportunity as assigned.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who’s eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of digital platforms.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour. We share our pay rate because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
