Your hourly rate is elevated during your initial training and onboarding period (first 6 weeks of employment) as you ramp up your selling potential. After the 6-week period, your hourly rate will be reduced to $20 per hour + commission which is a total earning potential of $70,000 - $100,000 plus per year.
